Things to do in Augusta this Weekend Sept 29-Oct 1


AdventureFest - Saturday - Free community event to help revive the Adventure Crossing property. Food, drinks, games, vendors, raffles, giveaways, live music, inflatables and more! Gates open at 10 AM and free concert starts at 6 PM. Free Event.

Aiken Oktoberfest - Saturday - Celebrate Oktoberfest with German Inspired food and beer vendors and an authentic Ooompah Band and local live music. Free Admission. $5 beer/wine tokens.

Blacklight Run - Saturday - Come dressed in white for a night time Blacklight 5K at the GreenJackets Stadium. Then enjoy the Blacklight after party! Cost is $25.

CSRA Food Truck Festival - Saturday - Indulge in the delights of food trucks while supporting the local need for food in our community with Golden Harvest Food Bank. 12 - 6 PM on Reynolds Street in Augusta. Tickets are $9.

CSRA Young Professional Social - Friday - All young professionals are invited for an evening of networking and socializing at the Savannah River Brewing Co. Starts at 6:30 PM!

Fall Concert Series - Sunday - Gates open at 5 PM at the Augusta Commons downtown for their fall concert series. 6 - 8 PM. Cost is $8.

Final Summer Paddle - Friday - Savannah Riverkeeper is taking their final paddle of the Summer Paddle Series with a free outing! Bring your boat, water and life jacket for a tour of the river downtown. Meet at the Boathouse on Riverfront Drive at 5:30 PM. Free Event.

Fort Gordon Fall Festival - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Food, drinks, activities, carnival and plenty more at this years Fall Festival at Barton Field on Fort Gordon. Free Admission.

Kroc Center - Friday - Free family move every last Friday night of the month at the Kroc Center. Free Admission, refreshments for purchase. 6 PM.

Mom's Night Out - Friday - Kid to Kid is hosting a mom's night out so you can come enjoy cupcakes and drinks, door prizes, shopping and more! Free Event.

Roller Derby Double Header - Sunday - Hard hitting action at this double header roller derby event with the Soul City Sirens. Doors open at 10 AM with the first bout at 11 am and 2nd at 1 PM. Tickets are $10 at the door.

SmokeShow BBQ & Fall Brews - Friday - Fall is here so why not start celebrating Oktoberfest with local brews and amazing BBQ. 4 - 9 PM at Savannah River Brewing Co. Cost is $13 for meat, side, chips and a pint of beer.

Stable View Oktoberfest Advanced Horse Trials - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Check out the horse trials for all levels of competition. Free for Spectators. 8 AM each day at Stable View in Aiken.

Wild Game Dinner - Friday - Bring two sides or a side and dessert to go with a feast of wild game! Free Admission. 6 - 9 PM at 835 N Belair Rd in Evans.
